Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, January 25, 2013….At today’s Annual General Meeting at the Shaw Festival, outgoing Board of Governors Chair Gary M. Comerford, Executive Director Elaine Calder and Artistic Director Jackie Maxwell welcomed incoming Chair Andrew M. Pringle, current Chair of the Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research (CANFAR); and new board members Charles E. Balbach, retired Buffalo businessman and philanthropist; Martha Burns, award-winning Canadian actor/director and founding member of Soulpepper Theatre Company in Toronto; and Kristian Knibutat, Partner, COO and CFO of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Katie and Michael M. Militello of San Diego were officially elected as new Governors International Advisory Council members.
